Hello Autumn
"Come," said the Wind to the Leaves one day.
"Come over the meadow and we will play.
Put on your dresses of red and gold.
For summer is gone and the days grow cold."

I look forward to the leaves changing color and the fall air. The cool, fresh zephyr blowing on my neck. And all the scarves and sweaters I will wear. (Not to mention comfy, wool socks)
What are you looking forward to this fall?
What a beautiful post :)
ReplyDeleteI look forward to the same things: the cool autumn rains, the chill weather and YES THE COMFY soft woollen clothing I'll be able to wear! I look forward to this season just because I can finally wear 80% of my closet! Summer is basically me doing laundry every single week with the same set of clothing all summer and school year up until then, haha :D People have started to catch on to my wardrobe.
Autumn is my most favourite season! <3 I love the quote, where is it from?

Kirthi,
DeleteIt's the same case with my closet. Most of my wardrobe can only be worn in the breezy, chilly months. I prefer it that way. Winter clothes are just so much better!
Honestly, I have no idea who wrote the poem. I tried to find out, but there never was an author's name. It's called "An Autumn Greeting". That's all I know.
I concur! Autumn is the best season. <3
